There is access to the yard, and Jon says guests &#8220;Love&nbsp;its walkability,&#8221; and proximity to bustling Elmwood Avenue. The host also has created a frequently-updated &#8220;digital guide that I created and curated,&#8221; sent to each guest ahead of their visit. Each of the gorgeous rooms are painted lively colors; natural wooden floors and built-in cabinetry makes the space cozy and chic.
